Seats Versus Amenities, the One Real Trade-off
Party buses trade floor space for seat count. Book the wrong end of that trade and you get a full bus with nowhere to stand, or a lounge that leaves four friends behind.

From the outside it is unassuming. Inside it is a different vehicle entirely: comfortable perimeter seating, luminescent lighting that turns the cabin into a moving lounge, and a surround sound system that takes the radio or your own playlist. The air conditioning is genuinely cold, which matters more in a Dallas August than any other feature listed here.
Drinking on a party bus in Texas, the actual rule
Texas Penal Code 49.031 makes an open container in a vehicle's passenger area a Class C misdemeanor, then excepts a passenger in a vehicle "designed, maintained, or used primarily for the transportation of persons for compensation," naming buses and limousines.
- Passengers are excepted. The chauffeur is not.
- Texas has no statewide BYOB restriction, so bring what you plan to drink.
- We supply ice, cups, and cold non-alcoholic drinks. Alcohol bundled into the fare counts as a sale under TABC rules, so the bottle comes from you.
- Vehicles built for more than 15 passengers, party buses included, require Texas motor carrier registration and filed liability coverage. Ask any operator to show theirs.
