Sixty Wines on Tap, and a Greenhouse With a Roof That Opens
Sixty Vines put sixty wines on sustainable tap and built a restaurant around the idea that a good glass should not require a sommelier's salary. The Uptown room at Crescent Court is the one with the greenhouse, and it is the most photographed private space in the neighborhood.
The Private Spaces, Largest First
| Space | Seated | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| The Greenhouse | 80 | 100 for a reception, 1,400 square feet |
| Terrace Room | 30 | |
| The Lounge | 25 | Available on limited days |
The greenhouse is a genuine piece of engineering rather than a marketing word: 62 feet by 23 feet under a motorized double-slope glass roof, so an event moves from open-air to enclosed without moving rooms. In Dallas, where an evening can change its mind, that is worth more than it sounds.
The wine-country menu is built for sharing, with wood-fired pizzas, seasonal plates, and charcuterie that escalates with your ambition. Happy hour runs Monday to Friday, 3pm to 6pm, with money off five-ounce pours and shared plates.
Heated igloos appear seasonally, seating up to six with blankets, a Bluetooth speaker and a space heater, on a two-hour limit and a food and beverage minimum. They book out, so ask early rather than in December.
On the keg sustainability claim
The number that circulates about Sixty Vines is worth getting right, because it is usually stated backwards.
- Each keg holds the equivalent of about 26 bottles and is refilled rather than discarded.
- That figure is the keg's capacity. It is not a per-refill count of bottles saved from landfill, which is how it is often repeated.
- Sixty Vines' own sustainability page runs an unquantified bottles-saved counter rather than publishing the 26 figure, so we describe the mechanism and not a headline statistic.
For a private dinner under glass with eighty of your colleagues, this is the room: ask the concierge or request a reservation.

Saint Ann
There are no qualms about the fact that the state of Texas is amongst one of the best to go to when you're looking for some of the finest southern barbeque fare. What do you do, though, when you're in the great Lone Star State and are looking for something a bit less saucy and bit more classic?

Downtown Dallas
American food is the cuisine that borrowed from everyone and then insisted on a bigger plate. In Dallas it grows up nicely: wood-fired flatbreads, burgers that deserve a cloth napkin, and wine lists that do not make you pick between a patio and a pour.
These are the rooms we book when a group wants familiar flavors served with unfamiliar polish. Think a greenhouse with a roof that opens, or an Arts District patio that turns lunch into dinner without anyone checking the time. Tell us the headcount and the mood, and we will find the table that fits both.
