Both, by design. The Piano Room is a proper steak and seafood dining room, and Room Seven is a disco lounge running to 2am Thursday through Saturday. Tell us which one your evening is, and we book accordingly.
Does Evelyn have private dining?
It hosts private events, but no seated capacity is published. We confirm the room and the number directly with the restaurant before we commit your group to anything.
Where is Evelyn in Dallas?
On Turtle Creek Boulevard at the Design District edge, a short ride from Uptown. Parking is the weak point, so most of our clients arrive by chauffeured SUV.

Three Rooms, One Address, and a Night That Decides Its Own Length
Evelyn is an Old Hollywood steak and seafood house that opened in March 2025, and it is built as three connected rooms rather than one dining room. Where you sit determines what kind of evening you have.
Pick Your Room Before You Book
The 9,500 square foot space splits into a dining room, a bar, and a lounge that runs late. Reserving without choosing is how a dinner turns into a nightclub by accident, or the reverse.

The kitchen leans theatrical in a way that suits the room. Wagyu Cheesesteak Bites arrive as a tower, caviar comes by the bump, and Texas Wagyu strip and Miyazaki A5 are finished tableside on hot lava rock. It is dinner as performance, which is the entire premise of the place.
Evelyn sits on Turtle Creek Boulevard at the edge of the Design District, which puts it a short ride from Uptown hotels and closer than you would guess to downtown. Interiors are by ICRAVE, and the operator is Reach Hospitality.
