People ask which suite is best, which is the wrong question with a very reasonable motive behind it. The tiers are not ranked. They are different afternoons, and the right one depends almost entirely on what your group intends to do for three hours.

Luxury Suite: the one that solves logistics
A private, climate-controlled room with the game laid out in front of you and everything else handled by somebody else. Lounge seating inside, stadium seating just outside the glass, and the freedom to move between them depending on whether you are watching or talking.
Book it when the room matters as much as the game. Client entertaining, family occasions, groups with a wide range of ages and interest levels. Conversations happen at a normal volume. Deals get made without anyone shouting over the PA. It is the most flexible of the three, which is why it is the most requested.
Field Level Suite: the one that rewards attention
Ground level, eye to eye with the play. Television flattens football, compressing the distances and smoothing the speed into something that looks like choreography. From down here it looks like collision.
Book it for people who follow the sport closely, or for someone attending their first NFL game whom you would like to properly convert. Fair warning: it is a poor fit for a group who came to catch up with the game as pleasant background. Field level pulls your attention to the field and keeps it there. That is the point, and it is also the drawback if your afternoon was meant to be a conversation.
Touchdown Suite: the one where the scoring happens
Positioned where drives finish. Red zone football is close to a different sport, with the field compressed and every throwing window cut in half, and watching that from close range is a genuine education in how hard scoring actually is.
Book it when you want a vantage point people will still describe a year later, or when the celebration happening directly in front of your group is the whole idea. When the building goes up at your end, you are inside the noise rather than watching it arrive on a replay.
